Exterior

1. Surfaces will be pre-washed with Chloride Bleach and TSP Solution; after 15-30 minutes they are pressure-wash rinsed.



2. Surfaces will be free of moss, algae, debris, dust, insects or other defects which are liable to impair the finish work.



3. Minor holes and hairline cracks will be filled with an approved polyurethane caulking.



4. Minor stucco or carpentry repair will be done as required.



5. Finishes will be applied by skilled and experienced painters, to produce a first class job.



6. We thoroughly mix materials before application and apply them evenly, free of sags and runs.



7. We do not apply finishes on surfaces which are not sufficiently dry.



8. Our paint application is generally by brush, roller or airless sprayer, depending on the surface.



9. Our finish work will be uniform in sheen, colour and texture.



10. Clean up is done daily and upon completion.
